Senior Producer
JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Producer is a dual facing role. Externally, the Senior Producer is lead project manager and consultant for clients on web development projects, administering timelines, driving the selection of technologies, and managing client, supplier and Steak internal resources to deliver projects on time, on budget and to specification.
Working with GADs and ADs, the Senior Producer works to identify major web development opportunities, cost them, deliver a proposal and pitch, and then manage through the lifecycle to live running.
The ability to proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external contacts to deliver exemplary service at all times is essential to the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To empower creative to deliver projects on schedule, on budget and ahead of target

Maintenance of relevant documentation and MIS records overseeing and signing off project planning, costing, change process and work from brief stage onwards

Educating colleagues and 3rd parties about Steak’s creative offering, including at trade shows

Pitch preparation and attendance

A close working relationship with major technology and tool providers

Communicating all technology developments from tool providers to the business, and delivering their implementation

Finding and communicating new creative development opportunities to the business, and pioneering their implementation

Assisting marketing with raising the profile of Steak’s creative service, including presenting and materials creation

Responsibility for assessing capacity across the discipline, and managing cover across peak periods and the holidays in conjunction with the Creative Director

Assisting Creative Director with appraisals and salary reviews
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Proven track record in Project Management (5+ years)
- Development background an asset
- Qualifications in Agile Project Management, Prince2
- Strong attention to detail and analytical approach essential
- Ability to define technical architecture and other project definition skills
- A proven record with large, complex projects
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammar
- Commercial Acumen
- Proven presentation and PowerPoint skills
- Enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
REPORTING LINE
The Senior Producer reports to the Creative Director, who in turn reports to the CEO.
