Our History
Steak is an award winning digital marketing agency.
Launched in 2005, Steak is one of the fastest growing digital agencies in the UK, with a team of over 70 employees. It was named "Media Agency of the Year" at the prestigious Interactive Marketing Advertising Awards in London, and is the second largest independent search agency in the UK (NMA Marketing Services Guide 2008).
In 2008 Steak opened offices in New York and Melbourne, we combine our UK experience with local market knowledge. We look forward to working with clients in these countries and driving their business forward through succesful international campaigns.
The founders of the company all come from search engine backgrounds and met at Espotting, one of the most successful UK Internet start-ups of recent years. Espotting introduced pay per click (PPC) search engine advertising to the European market and was merged in 2004 with US PPC engine FindWhat.com to form Miva.
Steak has built a best of breed team with a background in the four key areas of digital marketing: search engine, agency, client side and technology expertise.
