Complete site overhaul of dyno.com to deliver visitors,
leads and bookings
Background
Dyno undertook an extensive competitive pitch process to
select an agency to modernise their five year old website to ensure
its continued success. The brief was extensive:
- To develop a modern, clean looking website, on an
enterprise scale
- To provide a state of the art content management system
to allow marketers to maintain the site, across five different
regions
- To provide a means of taking orders online, and fully
track phone calls through to the call centre
- To build search engine optimisation and affiliate
management elements into the site from the outset
Work
STEAK's site puts Dyno's customers and their needs at the
heart of the website experience, making use of the latest web
technologies including a bespoke content management system and
helpful mobile applications, to simplify the user experience and
provide greater interactivity.
Fully redesigned, the new site links to the company's call
centres through an integrated telephone tracking system and
incorporates geo-location facilities so users are shown localised
information on landing pages.
It also includes extensive back-end utilities to manage
the on-site forum, manage SEO and affiliate elements,
